We gladly accept returns only for manufacturer defects or production mistakes, such as:
- Wrong item received
- Incorrect print or design
- Production error on a custom item
Returns cannot be accepted for customer-related issues, including:
- Choosing the wrong size, color, or style
- Changing your mind after approving final artwork
- Typos or errors that were approved by the customer
β¨ Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
β° Return & Cancellation Timelines
- Returns must be initiated within 14β30 days of receiving your order (your specific timeframe can be added here).

Cancellations are only available before production begins.

Some cancellations may incur a restocking fee, depending on the vendor or material already ordered.
π Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit
Once your return is approved, you may receive:
- A refund
- Store credit
- A replacement item
If the error was on our end, we will cover all return shipping costs and send out a corrected order at no additional charge.

Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)
- Items already in production or created specifically for your order
Restocking fees may apply to:
- Blank garments ordered before production
- Vendor-specific items or materials
